About Jennifer

Based in Denver, Colorado, Jennifer runs Stanton Blackwell’s operations and leads the Project and Change Management practice.


In her work with clients, Jennifer brings 15 years of experience transforming enterprise operations and executing strategic initiatives with broad organizational impact. Jennifer excels at translating vision into strategy and, strategy into execution. Her commonsense approach helps her to navigate complex process issues and tough organizational dynamics. Jennifer builds fast momentum with small wins and tackles big issues with diligence and grace.

A certified Project Management Professional, Jennifer’s approach to project management is tailored to each client’s needs and readiness for change. Her commitment to building relationships across all levels of the organization makes her the ideal partner to ensure that projects cross the finish line with measurable results. 

Jennifer served as a Vice President at March of Dimes where she implemented an Enterprise Project Management Office and led the execution of key initiatives as part of a strategic realignment. Jennifer began her career maturing the operations of a rapidly growing real estate development firm. It was there that she discovered her love for process improvement and leading change management initiatives which she carries with her today.
