Jennifer excels at translating vision into strategy and, strategy into execution. Her commonsense approach helps her to navigate complex process issues and tough organizational dynamics. Jennifer served as a Vice President at March of Dimes where she implemented an Enterprise Project Management Office and led the execution of key initiatives as part of a strategic realignment. Jennifer began her career maturing the operations of a rapidly growing real estate development firm. It was there that she discovered her love for process improvement and leading change management initiatives which she carries with her today.
